perfect for airsoft etc,
this helmet is a wonderful recreation of the actual kevlar helmets, and doesn’t weigh a 80 pounds. it fits perfectly with just about every type of helmet cover and is fully adjustable to fit any size adult head. perfect for keeping those pesky bb’s off the top of your head and for taking your loadout to the next level.

I bought this for my son, for airsoft and playing army. It is cheap, but the quality seems reasonable and was perfect for what we wanted. It is not something I would want to take into combat…. the webbing – headband and chinstrap – are adequate as a toy or for light duty. Overall the shape and size were perfect. With the 9651 MICH HELMET COVER – ACU DIGITAL cover, it looks very realistic and we are quite happy with the results.

|Plastic Helmets: Just as fun when you’re grown up,
This helmet is awesome. It’s black, kind of shiny, has a pretty comfortable advanced head mounting system (a chinstrap), and seems durable enough for paintball, airsoft, etc. I may use it for paintball, but I’m probably just going to end up using it for Halloween, which is, by the way, the reason I purchased it in the first place. Since it is essentially a plastic copy of the PASGT and MICH combat helmets, most of the covers you can buy (both surplus and aftermarket) fit like, well, a glove. My German flecktarn cover fit perfectly without a hitch. It’s a fine example of how an adult toy should behave; strong enough for me to accidentally hit it on things, but still light enough that my neck doesn’t feel like it’s breaking. Need a cool helmet but don’t have the cash (or the neck strength) to get the real one from a surplus store? This is the helmet for you!
Notice: I have a pretty big head. It’s no pumpkin, but it’s not exactly small. This thing fit my head well after loosening up the straps on the inside that form a circle to support it on the wearer’s dome. If you’re a kid or just have a small head, it may look like you’re wearing your daddy’s helmet.
